Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth booking experience:

• Select Your Duration & Pricing: We offer 2 duration options (2-hour, or Day Pass), each with different pricing. Please ensure you have selected your preferred duration before proceeding.

• Booking System Settings: The system is set to 2 hours by default.

• For Day Pass (11:00 AM – 6:00 PM): Please select the 11:00 AM time slot to secure your full-day access.

Grace Period & Overtime Policy: We want you to enjoy your creative process stress-free!

A 30-minute complimentary grace period is provided at the end of your session (e.g., for ironing or final touches)

Should you exceed this 30-minute buffer, an overtime fee of S$8 per hour will apply.
